Remote from your home office in the Quebec Metro Area

The Technical Sales Manager reports to the Regional Sales Leader (RSL) or the Director of Sales in their respective region. The Technical Sales Manager will work as part of a broader team to help enable customer retention through effective account management. This role’s account management targets the influential install companies in their respective region. In partnership with Territory Sales Managers, this role’s primary goal is to drive value in guiding installation practices to the current sales account base. This role also closely partners with the Business Development Manager and Leaders to ensure installation bottlenecks do not hinder sales conversions.Utilize CRM tools to drive informed decisions that enable additional volume growth year over year.Assist Territory Sales Reps and Business Development Manager and team in gaining additional volume growth year over year.Execute segmentation to evaluate and assess the market and lead all aspects of the customer sales process, leveraging other resources to assist in solution development or implementation as necessary.Willingness and ability to cultivate relationships, grow networks, nurture leads, and passion to identify targets.Be the subject matter expert in all technical installation practices for our product offerings.High level of networking and engagement across account base.Develop a solid understanding of company products, installation practices, customer programs, and benefits.Capable of analyzing and interpreting data to drive decision-making in their market.Bilingual (Preferred Polish and/or Spanish)The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing. br/>
What You’ll Bring:

  1. 3+ years of sales experience in a high-touch sales environment
  2. High level of organization, discipline, and self-structure.
  3. Able to convey construction expertise and knowledge at job sites.
  4. Strong sales mentality and understanding of the sales process.
  5. Travel 10-15%
  6. A valid driver’s license is required
  7. Bachelor's degree preferred; must be from an accredited institution
  8. Bilingual preferred (Polish and/or Spanish)
