Job Title Mobile Mortgage Specialist – TD Securities Location & Hours Saint-Léonard, Quebec, Canada. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Pay & Commission Base pay range: $0.00 – $0.00 CAD (commissions eligible). TD offers competitive variable compensation and benefits. Job Overview TD Canada Trust is expanding its mobile mortgage specialist team. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with brokers, builders, financial planners and other referral sources to increase the TD Canada Trust client base. Responsibilities Target and cultivate relationships with brokers, builders, financial planners and other referral partners. Present TD Canada Trust mortgage products and services to prospective clients. Conduct sales calls, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team on joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions. Utilize TD sales management system to track progress and drive results. Attend product and skills training to strengthen sales and credit knowledge. Qualifications & Skills Excellent sales track record and proven ability to build client relationships. Strong initiative, proactive, and strategic approach to developing an independent client base. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and client relationship skills. Preferred: knowledge of personal banking or credit approval process. Postsecondary education a plus. Benefits & Development Competitive commission program with unlimited earning potential.
