IT Support Specialist

We’re searching for an IT Support Specialist to join Westland Insurance Group Ltd. The role focuses on troubleshooting in-house computing systems and ensuring incident records are resolved via IT Service Management System. Expected Compensation: $51,200 – $64,000 annually for a 35‑hour work week. Salary is based on qualifications and experience. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for IT incidents and service requests. Provide level 1 and 2 support via phone, chat, email, and desk‑side. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Microsoft environments (Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams). Maintain incident records in the IT Service Management System. Participate in IT projects such as office moves, infrastructure deployments, and cloud services. Support 24/7 on‑call rotation and safeguard information system security. Collaborate with technical teams for system monitoring and maintenance. Qualifications Minimum three years’ experience in a Service Desk role. Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams. Proficiency with remote desktop management, support tools and workstation configurations. Excellent communication and customer‑service skills. A+ certification, Help Desk Professional or ITIL Foundations preferable. Experience with ServiceNow (bonus).
