Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Full‑Time & Part‑Time Beauty Sales Specialist to join our team in the Sudbury store. This position is ideal for someone who has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to grow store sales, creating personal gains through our bonus and incentive programs. The role requires a people‑oriented approach, a positive outlook, and a passion for helping clients. Expectations Provide superior customer service to all clients. Educate clients through consultative selling, promoting new products and promotions. Drive sales using entrepreneurial spirit to build a loyal client base. Accurately and efficiently process financial transactions using the POS system. Maintain correct store promotions, signage, stock and display merchandising. Handle cash and perform opening and closing duties, including bank deposits. Oversee store inventory management, including sending and receiving stock. Perform other duties as required. Requirements Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships. Willingness to keep product knowledge current to promote sales. Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail. Strong technical aptitude – ability to learn a new computer system. Highly motivated and reliable. Ability to multitask, adapt to shifting priorities, thrive in a team setting, and work independently. Passion for the beauty industry. Experience as a hairstylist, nail technician, esthetician, or beauty sales is an asset. Weekend availability. Perks Bonus and incentive structure to earn more money.
