Inside Sales Estimator – Electrical Power Engineering

ResponsibilitiesRespond to customers bid requests and internal requestsResearch on-line bid opportunitiesAnalyze and interpret electrical blueprints, specifications and addendumsClarify electrical testing scope of work with customer estimators, project managers and engineers of recordObtain pricing from vendors for equipment repairs, parts and other departmentsPrepare computer-based estimatesParticipate in bid strategy meeting as requestedGenerate reports, project bid status, PO’s receivedPrepare draft proposal for Outside Sales EngineerWork closely with Outside Sales EngineerFacilitate contract hand off to Operations and Engineering department including job assumptionsQualificationsMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with a strong background in electrical powerExperience working with electrical equipment distributorsExperience with a member company of the Professional Electrical Apparatus Recyclers League (PEARL) is a strong assetExcellent communication and problem‑solving skillsSeniority LevelMid‑Senior levelEmployment TypeFull‑timeJob FunctionSales and Business DevelopmentLocationGreater Montreal Metropolitan Area, Montreal, Quebec, Canada #J-18808-Ljbffr
