Loss Prevention Officer - Full Time London Drugs seeks a dedicated Loss Prevention Officer to join its Loss Prevention team. The role offers state‑of‑the‑art technology, comprehensive training, and a supportive, integrity‑focused work environment. Responsibilities Conduct surveillance and investigations at store locations. Identify loss opportunities and work with team shrink‑reduction plans. Detect and apprehend individuals committing criminal offences against the company. Secure evidence, prepare reports, and document court‑testifying materials. Perform special assignments such as lock repair, key control, staff orientation, and awareness training. Maintain the overall security of all store locations. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to stay calm and exercise good judgment in emergency situations. Commitment to protecting people and property safely and legally, with high ethical standards. Confidentiality, integrity, and strong command of written and verbal English for report writing and court testimony. Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and own vehicle. Availability to work all locations and surrounding areas. Previous Loss Prevention or related criminal‑justice experience is an asset. Professional accreditation, first‑aid/first‑responder training, or use‑of‑force training is an asset. Provincial security worker licence or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement of work. Availability & Schedule Full‑time position, 40 hours per week. Employees must be available for a flexible schedule, Monday through Sunday.
