They are people-centric leaders who truly care about the development of their teams and invest in their career growth while maintaining responsibility for directing all activities and ensuring maximum efficiency, and productivity is achieved.A Director of Corporate Property will proactively look for ways to provide insight to help drive profitable growth of Northbridge’s commercial portfolio. They are passionate about working with others, and provide technical guidance to direct reports and various cross-functional departments including actuarial, claims, and risk services.We want your talentIf you are great at:Identifying trends and areas for opportunity in a Commercial portfolioEngaging with cross-functional stakeholders to build better systems and processesKeeping abreast of industry trends and working within a regulatory frameworkCreating and modifying underwriting guidelines and wordingsCommunicating with internal and external stakeholdersDeveloping and mentoring a team of direct reportsProviding leadership to improve NBFC’s commercial property underwriting technical skill setIf you have:10 years’ experience in commercial property insurance3 years’ experience in a leadership roleStrong understanding of the Insurance IndustryBachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent on the job experienceWe really mean it when we say we put you first.
