We are hiring for a new Proposal Manager to support pursuit and proposal activities and the development and implementation of pursuit plans and strategy. The position can be located in any of our Western Canada offices, supporting a hybrid work schedule. As part of a truly global team, you’ll drive change and shape our communities. Core Responsibilities Assist in the completion of persuasive proposals, marketing collateral and presentations. Understand technical terminology, project management structure, and discipline functions by sector. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate groups of content providers and adapt to changing priorities. Review RFPs and lead strategic win plan discussions with Project Managers and Technical Leaders. Understand client requirements to facilitate effective proposal development. Coordinate effective kick‑off meetings, group status calls, ensuring activities adhere to the Proposal Development Plan. Produce compliant and competitive proposals through collaboration across stakeholders (internal team, sub‑consultants, etc.). Assist the Proposal Team with BD‑related tasks during the pre‑positioning phase with Technical Leads. Coordinate with Marketing and Graphic Teams; provide graphics support for bid packages, SOQs, RFQ/RFI/RFQ. Demonstrate superior teamwork and willingness to help others when needed. People & Clients As a key liaison, you’ll ensure client expectations are met and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Experience Minimum three years of experience coordinating and writing technical proposals for an engineering, construction or professional services organization. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign. Understanding of marketing techniques (layout, graphics, strategy‑to‑win).
