As the Print Production Specialist, you will contribute to Laura’s success by overseeing the entire lifecycle of print production projects for both Laura and Melanie Lyne brands. You will ensure that all printed materials meet the highest quality standards, are delivered on time, and align with Laura Canada’s requirements. This is a temporary position. How will you support the team? Collaborate with Graphic Designers, vendors and internal teams to ensure project alignment. Manage budgets, timelines, and quality control for all print projects. Negotiate with established vendors to reduce our overall production cost, while maintaining quality and service. Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with printing partners. Reconcile final invoices with quotes to verify all print production costs from vendors. Select appropriate materials, printing techniques, and equipment for each project. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.Manage and fulfill signage requests from our stores as well as create their signage distribution lists. Develop and maintain workback schedules for projects. Follow up with team members, cross functional teams and vendors to ensure timelines are adhered to and tasks completed by due dates. Develop creative briefs for all print projects. Work closely with printer representatives to establish procedures and reports that will improve service and accuracy. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in print production. The people who thrive with us have: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in print production or a related field Strong knowledge of printing techniques, materials, and equipment Excellent project management and organizational skills Exceptional attention to detail The ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong interpersonal skills.
