If so, then we want to hear from you We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our expanding team. Reporting to the Director of Account Management, you’ll play an important role in the pre- and post-sales cycle, owning client communications and campaign management support. In addition, you’ll also work closely with your team of Sales Executives, Traders, and Analysts to ensure our clients receive an exemplary experience and outstanding campaign performance. We’re looking for someone with high agency - a self-starter who’s reliable, optimistic, resourceful, and outcome-driven. A successful Senior AM at Clue Digital must have a strong understanding of our customers’ business objectives as well as the ability to proactively communicate how Clue Digital's service and solutions can maximize campaign ROI. What you’ll be doing: Take full ownership of account and campaign outcomes, proactively managing campaigns including timelines, budgets, and deliverables while anticipating client needs. Act as the point of contact for a portfolio of clients - understanding their goals deeply, advocating for them internally, and pushing their business forward. Lead biweekly and monthly client calls with clarity and confidence, sharing performance reports that connect data to business value, not just metrics. Maintain rigorous hygiene across campaign management tools such as Monday, Salesforce and budget trackers to ensure cross-team visibility and seamless operations Lead and coordinate cross-functional collaboration to troubleshoot campaign performance, provide timely insights, and drive solutions during critical periods. Proactively identify pitfalls and potential challenges, proposing solutions before issues escalade and remaining calm and focused under pressure. Collaborate with Traders, Strategists, Analysts, and Sales to develop new campaign strategies and ensure current campaigns successfully achieve their objectives, especially when campaigns need troubleshooting or pivots. Ensure all applicable Clue Digital solutions are understood by your portfolio of clients, educating when necessary Required Skills and Experience 4-5 years’ experience in digital advertising, programmatic, adtech, or martech space 3 years' experience in an Account Management role at a digital agency, DSP, media vendor, or trading desk A proven track record of delivering exemplary client service, demonstrating emotional intelligence and empathy in every interaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to understand and translate technical concepts Ruthlessly focused on outcomes, keeping the client’s goals front and center and finding ways through, around, or over any obstacle. Stays calm and positive in ambiguity - brings clarity amidst chaos. Leads with empathy and earns trust quickly - with clients, with teammates, with anyone. Detail-oriented with intense pride for your work An exceptional team player looking to learn Preferred Qualifications 3+ years managing media campaigns across both performance and brand KPIs, including CPA, ROAS, CPE, Brand Lift, reach, and engagement. Comfortable navigating complex financial or other regulated industries, understanding the importance of compliance and precision. Experience working with clients in the financial services sector is strongly preferred.
