You’ll troubleshoot issues, support deployments, and help clients onboard and integrate with Central1’s DFSP payment solution.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, restoring service during disruptions, conducting disaster recovery tests, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our payment system.What you'll be doingProvide advanced support for payment applications and related infrastructureLead incident response and perform root cause analysis for system disruptionsCollaborate with client support, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and implement solutionsAssist clients with onboarding and integrating with Central1’s Digital Finance System PlatformSet up project environments on MuleSoft and AzureParticipate in software and OS upgradesMonitor system health and proactively resolve potential performance issuesConduct disaster recovery testing and ensure business continuity readinessEnsure all support activities comply with security and regulatory standardsDocument support procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting stepsProvide 24x7 operational support as part of a rotating on-call scheduleWhat you'll have8+ years of experience in large-scale IT environments (Software Development, Software Support, or DevOps), preferably in banking or financial servicesProven experience in application support, maintenance, and operational processesStrong ability to troubleshoot issues across software, infrastructure, security, and vendor platformsExcellent communication and customer service skillsGood understanding of payment ecosystems, banking platforms, and financial transaction workflowsDegree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical fieldTechnical SkillsWorking knowledge of MuleSoft and cloud platforms, especially AzureExperience with real-time transaction systems, batch processing, and APIsHands-on experience with MS SQL, MySQL, scripting/programming, and troubleshooting applications/systemsFamiliarity with monitoring/reporting tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk)Knowledge of ITIL or similar support frameworksUnderstanding of mTLS and certificate managementSalary range: $90,000-$97,000The salary range represents the job rate determined for the successful candidate who is fully competent in the role.
