Solution Manager – Product Delivery (Microsoft Power Platform) Join the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) as a Solution Manager, Product Delivery focused on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages and Dataverse) alongside SharePoint (SPFx) and ASP.NET. In this role, you will lead the delivery lifecycle, manage product backlogs, and collaborate with IT Service Delivery, Client Engagement, and external vendors to ensure high quality, reliable applications that support WSIB’s mission. Salary Grade: N08 (USD $100,101.59 – $125,127.00) Responsibilities Lead an assigned product delivery team and portfolio of applications, overseeing configuration, development, operations, and governance to meet quality, availability, and reliability standards. Maintain and prioritize application backlogs, ensuring incidents, problems, and enhancements are addressed in compliance with policies and contractual SLAs. Plan and execute staffing, capacity, and resource allocation, including capacity assessments and resource utilization to optimize service delivery. Conduct internal and external audit activities, manage risk and compliance, and develop remediation plans. Oversee supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and ensuring delivery aligns with financial, quality, and timeline commitments. Serve as the single point of contact for the team, removing blockers, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with IT Service Delivery, Client Engagement, and executive leadership to shape short- and long‑term strategy for the application portfolio. Prepare executive reports, status updates, risk summaries, and financial dashboards for stakeholders. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive, collaborative culture. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years of technical implementation experience with Power Platform, SharePoint, or ASP.NET. Minimum 7 years of end‑to‑end solution implementation, system administration, and production support. Experience leading complex IT projects involving internal and external stakeholders. Strong understanding of IT governance, vendor management, and financial oversight. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills. Certification in Power Apps (PL‑100, PL‑200, PL‑400, PL‑600) preferred. WSIB is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
