Centre Director Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong ECT or Diploma‑qualified advocate and leader to join the OAC family as Director of our wonderful Concord service. You will be joining our organisation at an exciting time as we have just rolled out our CD training program for 2025. You will take part in a new initiative we are running to enable our Directors to become the ‘CEO of their Campus'. As Centre Director you will manage the operations of the centre with a particular focus on our five key pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety and Financial performance. We will provide you with the tools, mentoring and technology to enable you to succeed in the role. We want to support you through mentorship and training to take autonomy for running the business so you can take pride in your leadership style and develop your career.
