Job Summary Reporting to the Director of Innovation & New Product Development, the Innovation/NPD Manager plays a key role on the agile innovation/NPD team, overseeing project management for all line extensions across our three production facilities. Responsible for feasibility assessment, financial assessments, product development, customer sell‑in, demand planning, and all elements of the go‑to‑market bundle. Project‑manage each line extension to launch. Position is a 12‑month contract. Key Responsibilities Oversee project management of all line extensions, ensuring cross‑functional connections are in place (meetings, trackers, updates, etc.). Lead and document meetings, leveraging strong organization, communication and influence skills, to ensure projects progress on time and roles are clear. Proactively identify and remove roadblocks to avoid delays and ensure key deliverables are met. Provide detailed project management support for complex projects through to go‑to‑market strategy, including external agency timelines. Create standardized project management timelines and tools to support the Innovation/NPD team in managing lower‑complexity projects. What You Bring University Bachelor Degree. Minimum 10 years of relevant business experience in a combination of innovation/NPD and project management roles. Experience leading diverse, cross‑functional teams on complex projects. “Can‑do” attitude with demonstrable creative problem‑solving ability. Excellent collaboration skills working with a broad range of partners at all levels to resolve conflicts and issues. Strong leadership, influence and negotiation skills necessary to support change management. Resilient, persistent, comfortable with ambiguity and managing through adversity. Passion for wine; WSET qualification is an asset. Compensation Budgeted Range – $101,355.00 – $131,165.00. The range considers experience, education, training, licensing, certification, and other organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
