We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to join our National Talent Attraction team with a primary focus on full-cycle recruitment for tax and law, and collaboration with internal teams across our Tax and Law practice. What You Will Do Lead full-cycle recruitment with a primary focus on hiring for our tax and law practice; may support across other business units as needed. Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements. Attract candidates through engaging conversations and KPMG’s employer value proposition; perform assessments and screening while providing an exceptional candidate experience. Maintain strong communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process to drive a positive experience. Use LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter to promote opportunities and drive quality hiring and talent pools. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop strategic recruitment plans and advise on candidate experience as a top priority. Oversee compliance to uphold brand, process, and legal requirements. Act as an Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (IDE) ambassador in recruitment cycles using resources from the National IDE team. Participate in internal equity and market trend analysis for offer recommendations and lead offer negotiations with candidates. What You Bring To The Role Post-secondary degree or diploma in a business discipline, or equivalent work experience. 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-volume, matrixed organization. Proficiency in English and French at a business level is required. Experience recruiting for roles in law, tax, and professional services. Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and internal clients. Demonstrated use of sourcing techniques via LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search. Ability to prioritize work across multiple hiring managers and timelines. Experience advising hiring managers on recruitment strategy and best practices. Effective use of technology in recruitment, including applicant tracking systems and innovative processes. Fluency in English is essential for drafting bilingual job descriptions, assessing candidates, and communicating with stakeholders outside Quebec. The role requires national recruitment support. Compensation Information The expected base salary range for this position is $73,000 to $109,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The base salary within this range is determined by location, skills & competencies, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
