Job Description Posted Monday, September 29, 2025 at 4:00 AM Flex-N-Gate is a leading manufacturer and supplier of components for the automotive industry, recently ranked 10th of the 150 Top North American Suppliers in “Automotive News.” A growing and vital company, Flex-N-Gate provides a great opportunity for hard-working and skilled individuals. Summary This principal functions of this position include analysis, development and maintenance of policies, auditing performance, overseeing implementation and reporting on the Canadian companies’ risks and vulnerabilities. This position will cover the midnight and weekend shifts. Job Duties Assessment of Risks. Assessment of Facility Security. Supporting TISAX ( Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) audits. Conduction Incident Investigations. Executive Protection. Critical Incident Response. High risk employment terminations. Ancillary duties will include wide-aisle facility visits, consulting with facility management, conferring with IT/IS and information security specialists, and liaising with safety specialists. Requirements Security/Law Enforcement/Military background of at least 3 years or more and High School Diploma/GED. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong organizational skills. Must be a highly motivated, service and team-oriented individual with an attention to detail. Strong analytical ability. Face-to-Face Discussions skills. Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
