The software engineer is focused on software development with Clojure as the main programming language (we will teach you Clojure). Main responsibilities:Horizontally scalable microservices written mostly in Clojure, using Finagle and leveraging functional programming techniques and hexagonal architectureHigh throughput jobs and inter-service communication using KafkaContinuous Integration and Deployment into AWSStoring data in Datomic and DynamoDBMonitoring and observability with PrometheusRunning as much as possible in KubernetesWe are a process-light organization that values human interactions.
