Here’s what you can expect: Hands-On Training: Every morning kicks off with team meetings where we share advanced sales tips and strategies. Real Work, Real Results: Spend 6–8 hours a day connecting with people and closing pest control contracts for Insight Pest Solutions, Canada’s top residential pest control company. Friendly Competition: You’ll work in a team environment, where we celebrate wins, host competitions, and push each other to hit new personal bests. All-Inclusive Housing: Live in fully furnished housing in Halifax, NS, covered by Vantage Canada, with a group of like-minded go-getters. Who We’re Looking For This role is perfect for someone who: Loves a challenge and thrives in competitive environments (sports, dance, gaming—you name it). Is adventurous and open to stepping outside their comfort zone. Knows the value of hard work and isn’t afraid to put in the effort. Connects easily with people and enjoys making a good impression. Is motivated by results—whether it’s hitting a sales goal, winning a competition, or seeing a solid paycheque. What You’ll Get Out of It The chance to earn $15,000–$25,000 in just three months—and more if you’re a top performer (there’s no cap on commissions). Real-world experience giving 75–100 sales presentations a day to people from all walks of life. By the end of summer, talking to anyone will feel like second nature. A stronger resume with measurable results and accomplishments that stand out to future employers. We work six days a week, with about 1 hour of training and 6–8 hours of selling each day. That’s about 48 hours a week—enough to see serious results without burning out.
