You can contact Sophie Randle at RGB Recruitment ASAP for more details.The consultancy has a very unique niche within the MOD and heritage sector, so this would suit somebody with an interest and passion for heritage projects and who is proficient in Revit. You will be assisting the Project Architect working across a variety of stages. The company provides a supportive atmosphere for career growth, with AABC Heritage-accredited architects to support, guide and mentor you toward achieving your professional goals.ResponsibilitiesAssisting the Architect from start to finish across all RIBA stagesManaging the overall design process within the RIBA work stagesCo‑ordinating a design team, working with Product Designers in‑house and external construction professionalsCompleting site visits to check on progress and budgetLiaising with the client and external consultants, attending design team meetings, managing collaborative communication streams and ensuring that the design projects are on scheduleQualificationsGood working knowledge of UK building regulationsClient‑focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skillsStrong design and technical abilitiesAbility / willingness to deliver projectsUp‑to‑date knowledge of planning stage processes and methodsHold a relevant Part 2 Architecture degreeProficiency in Revit is mandatoryIf you are interested in applying for this job please press the Apply Button and follow the application process.
