Office Administrator (Full Time - on site) Northern Ontario Appraisals (NOA) has been serving communities across the region for over 45 years. If you enjoy a positive work environment, appreciate the close-knit feel of a family business, and love making things run smoothly, we’d be excited to meet you Position Overview The Office Administrator supports the daily operations of the firm by managing client communication, coordinating appraisal files, and keeping the office running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with others, and is comfortable balancing multiple tasks. What You’ll Do Welcome clients, answer phone calls, and manage email communication. Open, track, and organize appraisal files using our internal systems. Collect property information (MPAC data, MLS details, tax records, etc.) to support the appraisal team. Schedule inspections, meetings, and client appointments. Prepare invoices, track payments, and assist with monthly financial summaries. Ensure reports are complete, properly formatted, and ready for delivery to clients. Maintain a tidy, organized workspace and manage office supplies. Uphold confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all tasks. Requirements Ability to communicate in French and English. Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office365, email, and basic office software. Experience in an office, finance, legal, or real estate environment or College certificate in a related program. Professional, reliable, and able to work independently within a small team. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
