Position Overview Our Team, SC Facilities Projects & Operations, is looking to add a dedicated individual in Calgary to support the development, administration, and tracking of contracts and sourcing activities. Working closely with senior analysts and project leads, you will help ensure that agreements are aligned with project needs and comply with internal policies. This role offers the opportunity to build expertise in contract management within a dynamic project environment. What You’ll Do Prepare and review contract documents, including scopes of work, terms and conditions, and pricing schedules Lead sourcing events and develop commercial strategies for Projects BU Support the full contract lifecycle process, including document control, tracking key dates, and maintaining contract records Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., SC, Legal, Finance, Engineering) to gather inputs and ensure contract alignment with project requirements Monitor contractor performance and compliance with contract terms Participate in sourcing activities such as RFx preparation, bid evaluations, and vendor onboarding Assist in resolving contract issues and escalating complex matters as needed Maintain accurate records in contract management systems and support reporting requirements Resolve contract disputes and manage amendments or claims effectively Ensure adherence to corporate policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field 6 years' experience in contract administration, procurement, or supply chain management Proficiency in contract management systems and ERP tools (ex: SAP) plus strong MS Office skills Solid understanding of commercial terms, risk management, and compliance requirements Preferred Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiations and stakeholder engagement Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills under pressure Benefits We offer a hybrid work model and flexible dress code for our eligible office-based workforce in Canada, the U.S., and Mexico.
