We leverage technology and continuous learning to deliver seamless client experiences.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team, providing guidance and support.Execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.Oversee resource allocation, workflow, and ensure operational efficiency.Manage Net Asset Value calculations, financial statements, and partner/shareholder allocations for private equity funds.Review fund expenses, accounting work, investor reports, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.Maintain high quality and accuracy in operations.Coordinate with various internal teams and act as a primary contact for clients and external parties.Manage audit processes and provide technical accounting expertise.Participate in recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and staff development.Lead process improvements, automation initiatives, and special projects.QualificationsUniversity degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or professional designation (CFA, CPA, etc.).8+ years experience in private equity accounting.Proven leadership experience, preferably as a Vice President or similar role.Strong knowledge of waterfall structures, modeling, US GAAP, and financial reporting.Excellent team leadership, project management, communication, and technical skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with FIS Investran is a plus.BenefitsWe offer comprehensive benefits, training, flexible work arrangements, and an inclusive, diverse culture.
