We cover accounting, finance, and payroll roles.I am looking for an Accounts Payable Technician for my client, a company in the manufacturing sector. This is a 6-month temporary position in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville with the possibility of renewal. 1. Manage accounts payable, including updating addresses, contact information, status, and other details;2. Match purchase orders, receiving slips, and invoices;3. Process supplier invoices;4. Regularly monitor open purchase orders;5. Ensure the filing and scanning of accounts payable documents;6. All other related tasks. Requirements * College diploma (DEC) in accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience;* Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position;* Fluency in spoken and written French and English; this is required as the candidate will be communicating with individuals and/or companies located outside Quebec;* Experience in a manufacturing environment (an asset).Knowledge * Proficiency in Microsoft Office;* Proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Nav is a strong asset).Skills * Rigor;* Autonomy and resourcefulness;* Customer service skills;* Team spirit;* Ability to meet deadlines.PROCESS: Initial interview with Romane Dumaine, Recruitment Consultant, followed by an interview with the Human Resources Manager.To apply: www.fedfinance.ca To contact me:
