Sales RepresentativeCarve your path to success by learning from industry sales experts who sell our unique Commercial Insurance programs to independent businesses across Canada. Our high-performance team will help you refine the skills required to achieve your goals.Western offers our Commercial Sales representatives an annual base salary plus unlimited commissions, including annual and monthly bonus payouts. What a Typical Day Looks LikeSupport the innate desire to generate new business opportunities both independently and working as a teamStrategize and refine your sales approach by focusing on target market prospectsAdapt your cold-calling strategies to attract new customers, set personal quotas and monitor performance using KPIsInteract confidently with clients to obtain relevant information through our sales processDemonstrate active listening to understand prospects' needs, build long-term relationships, and convert leads into sales opportunitiesExhibit strong organizational skills to efficiently navigate our CRM program The value you bringFOI License an asset (will be required to obtain within 3 months)Post-secondary diploma or degree an assetProven relationship builder with strong negotiation, selling, and closing techniquesA resilient team player driven to achieve results with a positive attitudeA hunter mindset with an entrepreneurial mentality for proactively seeking and closing new business opportunities HoursFull-Time, 37.5 hrs/week LocationWinnipeg, MB Requisition#82308 Equity, Inclusion & AccommodationsWestern prioritizes employee well-being and fosters an inclusive environment that values diversity.
