Our client, a leading full-service interior design and FF&E procurement firm for the senior living market, is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead the team in creating enduring value for senior living communities.Responsibilities:Provide space planning and design concepts that meet project requirements and building codesResearch and select appropriate finishes and furnishings within budgetManage project timelines, budget, and quality from start to finishMentor and manage junior design team membersKeep up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesOccasional travel to the United States requiredRequirements:8+ years of experience in Hospitality Design, including senior living and furniture designBachelor's or Master's degree in Interior DesignStrong working knowledge of tender documents preparation & issuanceExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch-up, and IllustratorAbility to work independently and manage a teamPassionate, creative, and up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesAbout the Company:Our client is a leading full-service interior design and FF&E procurement firm for the senior living market.
