Travel in these circumstances will be reimbursed according to AFSC’s Employee and Board of Directors Expense Policy.The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and execution of the recruitment and onboarding program and policies. This role will work with the business to understand both current and future hiring needs and is responsible for tasks including sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding.What will your growth opportunities look like in this role?Growth in this role will be creating a proactive approach to talent acquisition; to build strategies that support AFSC’s commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, attracting diverse talent with proactive solutions to reach underrepresented groups, minimize biases in the hiring process, and foster an inclusive work environment.What will you be responsible for?The Talent Acquisition Advisor will be responsible for the implementation, execution and ongoing improvement of the acquisition and onboarding programs and policies. The role will work with business leaders to understand both current and future hiring needs and is responsible for tasks such as sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding.What are we looking for from you?You have a passion for your craft. You are a talented interviewer with proven networking experience. You are a clear and inspiring communicator with superb time management skills.
