Assist in managing and maintaining sales records, databases, and customer profiles. Handle order processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional customer service. Prepare and distribute sales reports, ensuring the team remains well-informed and focused on targets. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate and schedule customer appointments, meetings, and events. Foster strong customer relationships by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of service. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or agricultural setting. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in the use of standard office software and databases. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional interaction with team members and customers. A passion for agriculture, including an understanding of agricultural products and processes, is a significant advantage.
