Join BlueTuskr as an Account Coordinator BlueTuskr is a fast-growing full-service digital marketing agency helping e-commerce brands scale. We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and communicative Account Coordinator to support our Account Strategists and keep our projects running smoothly. The agency is based in the USA, but our team works fully remote. We are open to hiring abroad in LATAM or Canada for this full-time role. While it will be a contractor position if hired internationally, we want it to feel like a full-time role, complete with PTO and benefits. Why you’ll love working with us: Work alongside a collaborative, international team Learn the ins and outs of e-commerce marketing (Shopify, Amazon, Klaviyo, HubSpot, and more) Opportunity for growth in an Account Strategist role Remote-friendly with a competitive salary ($3,000–$3,500 USD/month) + commission potential later down the line as you grow into owning your own small accounts What you’ll do: Prepare and follow up on meeting agendas, notes, and forms Help clients with smaller requests, access issues, and deliverables Keep communication flowing between clients and internal teams Maintain project documentation, briefs, and status updates Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and internal workflows What we’re looking for: A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience At least 1 year of experience in a marketing agency A minimum of 2 years in account management, project management, or an executive admin role within a marketing agency setting, or in‑house, working closely with a marketing lead E-commerce knowledge is a plus Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using digital marketing platforms and tools Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative Excited to learn and grow in e-commerce marketing Experience with Asana is a plus Salary: $36 000 - $42 000 USD per year/ $48 000 - 56 000 CAD per year.
