When you hire great people, great things can happen.Manage the customer lifecycle from early tenure to customer management and retention.With a Digital-first approach, develop and launch new products or features as required. Evaluate the current product portfolio for suitability based on evolving customer needs, competitive offerings and regulatory changes.Leverage an agile framework in the planning, execution, and evaluation of projects and feature enhancements and coach a collaborative team on agile methodologies.Provide ongoing strategy, visibility and progress of the business to senior leadership team through business reviews and other portfolio updates.Keep abreast of changes in regulations in order to ensure that the department's procedures, projects and practices evolve accordingly and comply with our regulations.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance with 10+ years of professional experience, preferably within the credit cards, unsecured lending or payments.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proven ability to manage & prioritize the development and execution of multiple strategic initiatives while managing cross-enterprise stakeholders.
  • Experience in the loyalty or retail business would be an asset.
