The role is responsible for providing Workday Post Production support across Workday Adaptive Insights module(s), understanding the client's business and requirements, and configuring, designing and delivering solutions that best fit client needs. Adaptive Consultants drive high client satisfaction through building relationships with clients and delivering impeccable customer service.ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, test, and implement client business requirements in Workday Adaptive module(s).Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements. Assess client needs and propose recommendations and/or alternative solutions to meet client goals.Assist clients in testing Workday Adaptive Insights configuration, provide knowledge transfer and develop documentation as applicable.Use the company's methodology and processes to implement solutions successfully while remaining agile and flexible to clients' changing needs.Collaborate effectively on team-based projects.Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively.Work in a fast-paced environment that requires tasks to be completed quickly and accurately.Consult, execute, and prioritize conflicting demands on deliverables/projects across multiple, concurrent clients without supervision.Frequently discuss and communicate with clients about lessons learned, Workday best practices, and Kognitiv's Point of View. Ensure clients understand and take advantage of best practices.Complete deliverables within prescribed timelines. Seek support and direction and/or report status and escalate to appropriate team members as necessary.Perform research on problems, identify the true cause, and present/implement corrective measures to the client. Seek opinions and feedback on alternative solutions from team members to solve client needs.Contribute to the organization's knowledge management repository through formal and informal avenues (e.g., Q&A, documented deliverables, Workday knowledge sharing sessions, posting best practices).Provide guidance and coaching to team members in area(s) of expertise.Meet key performance indicators set for this role (e.g., utilization target, service level agreements, customer satisfaction scores).Demonstrate Kognitiv's core value, "act like an owner", in all aspects of work.Qualifications2+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a client of Workday.Experience configuring Workday Adaptive Insights areas: Reporting & OfficeConnect, Sheet Modeling/Structure Modeling, Security, Integrations (Adaptive), or Integrations - Power of One.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment.Some consulting skills e.g., presenting to business partners, creating documentation and technical guides, participating in workshops, explaining functionality or solutions to guide stakeholders, etc.Experience implementing complex, practical business solutions under competing deadlines and priorities.Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client satisfaction; strong client focus with the ability to understand client needs and build relationships.Ability to prioritize and organize work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards with little supervision. Ability to effectively manage against timelines, deadlines, and goals.Proven experience demonstrating initiative and curiosity to build skills in other areas both within and outside of Workday.Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects and deliverables.Capable of working within remote teams and alongside clients, as well as on individual tasks with no supervision.
