OverviewMultimedia Designer - Audio Video role at Sunwing.The OpportunityUnder Sunwing Vacations Group, we are looking for a Multimedia Designer - Audio Video to join The Studio, our in-house creative centre of excellence. As the Multimedia Designer - Audio Video, you will be responsible for creating compelling video content and producing high-quality audio for advertising campaigns across all WestJet Group brands. You will film, edit, and produce video content while also handling audio production including radio advertisements, voiceovers, and sound design. You will collaborate closely with Creative Design Managers, writers, and the broader creative team to bring campaigns to life across digital, broadcast, and experiential touchpoints. The position reports to the Creative Brand Manager and will be located in Toronto, ON.What You'll DoCreate and produce video content for integrated campaigns across all WestJet Group brands including Sunwing Vacations, WestJet, WestJet Vacations and SellOffVacations.Film, direct, and edit video content from concept to final delivery, ensuring high production values and brand consistency across all visual storytelling.Produce radio advertisements and audio content from concept to final mix, including recording sessions, editing, sound design, and audio post-production.Record and edit high-quality audio including voiceovers, podcasts, sound effects, and music editing for video and audio campaigns.Collaborate in creative concepting and campaign development, contributing technical expertise and creative solutions for audio-visual storytelling.Manage technical production aspects including camera operation, lighting setup, sound recording, and post-production workflows.Work with voice talent and coordinate recording sessions to achieve optimal audio quality and performance.Ensure all audio and video content meets brand guidelines and technical specifications for various media channels and distribution platforms.What You'll Need5+ years of experience in video production with demonstrated audio editing and sound design capabilities.Degree in film, media production, communications or related field, or equivalent professional experience.Proficiency with video editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar professional editing platforms.Advanced audio editing skills using Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, Logic Pro, or equivalent professional audio software.Experience in radio advertisement production and broadcast audio standards.Technical expertise with cameras, lighting equipment, and professional audio recording gear.Strong understanding of technical constraints and opportunities across different media channels including broadcast, digital, and social platforms.Portfolio demonstrating both video production and audio editing capabilities.Ability to direct talent during filming and recording sessions.Experience with color correction, sound mixing, and post-production workflows.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Proficiency with Microsoft apps and project management tools.What We OfferGreat travel perksGoodlife Corporate DiscountComprehensive benefits packageRRSP Matching ProgramGrowth opportunitiesFree ParkingOpen concept, collaborative workspaceFresh Café with delicious snacks and meals at a subsidized priceOpportunity to give back through our social responsibility initiativesSee for yourself @sunwinglifeWe thank all who apply however only those who meet the qualifications will be contacted.Diversity, equity, and inclusion - Diversity makes us EPIC; we strive to foster a culture where employees feel uniquely themselves and part of a team.
