Technical Project Lead

We’re seeking a Technical Project Lead to join our dynamic Facilities delivery team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of operations, leading customer-facing requirements sessions, overseeing facilities process networks, and supporting executive conference room setups. You’ll build strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and most importantly, the business units you serve.As part of a shared service supporting a diverse group of companies, adaptability is key. You’ll need to respond quickly to shifting priorities and bring a flexible, solutions-oriented mindset. Acting as a critical link between our customers and JDI IT, you’ll leverage internal resources and external partners to deliver high-quality results on time and with impact.This position requires full-time on-site presence.QualificationsMinimum 3-8+ Years of ExperienceBackground in Infrastructure Operations and Project Management and/or Business AnalysisUniversity Degree, College Diploma or Relevant ExperienceA working knowledge of a broad set of technologies including network, server, end user devicesA working knowledge of facilities requirements such as cabling, power, racking and coolingA working knowledge of end user computing devices such desktop, laptops, handhelds, printing, meeting rooms, telephonyA working understanding of technical support processes such as ITSM and ITILA working knowledge of supply chain management and logisticsBonus:ITIL Foundations Certification considered an assetResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end technical coordination and support to the delivery of infrastructure initiativesWork with customer representative, internal and external technical resources to gather requirementsWork with technical teams to develop and validate technical design meets customer specifications and align with IT standardsWork with technical teams to identify equipment’s and service requirementsValidate budget and collect cost estimates for equipment and services to complete deliveryCoordinate any site requirements such as facility access, cabling and powerCoordinate customer communicating and day of deployment activitiesManage warranty period and structured transition to steady state operationsProvide coaching and mentoring, and share technical knowledge, skills, and expertise in an efficient and supportive manner #J-18808-Ljbffr
