We are hiring a Customer Delivery Manager based in Montreal for the NA Market. The Customer Success Manager is a key stakeholder at Horizon Software, acting as a link between customers and the company and between various teams, including Sales, Legal, Account Managers, Product Owners, Product Experts, Client Services and Engineering teams. Responsibilities Pre‑sale phase: Assist presales, define scope and deliver project definition, write specs / requirements, involve product experts & owners when needed, provide timeline & budget with Managed Services. Client Onboarding: Work closely with Horizon teams to identify gaps & implementation risks in early project phases, get UAT sign‑off for project delivery/onboarding, communicate progress internally to Sales and Management, ensure delivery in respect of contract (SLA), budget and quality standards, deliver reports and follow‑ups, follow‑up software onboarding, measure client technical satisfaction through onboarding and sign‑off once live. Run and other tasks: Gather client requests and manage the workflow of tickets in our tracking tool (escalation if needed), give visibility to clients on delivery plans for bug fixes and new features, collaborate with Sales Account Management to capture client roadmap, collaborate with Product Owners and Sales Account Management to build Horizon product roadmap. Technical environment: Application with multi‑processes of several millions of lines in Java, open cross‑asset trading platform including market making, flow trading, systematic and algo trading, served to principal and agency trading, deployed on premise or SaaS, with Managed Services. Specific bricks in Scala, and technologies such as React, Kafka, ELK stack, JMS, REST, Protocol Buffers, C, C++.
