OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Processor / Underwriting Assistant to support underwriting operations, handle insurance documentation accurately, and communicate confidently with brokers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform accurate data entry and document processing for insurance policiesCommunicate with brokers and internal teams to clarify and confirm details, both written and on the phoneAssist with policy updates, renewals, and administrative tasksMaintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal standardsSupport underwriters with day-to-day operations and client servicingContribute to a collaborative and respectful team environmentMay be required to attend trade showsQualificationsHigh school diploma required; post-secondary or insurance fundamentals preferredNo license required to start, but you must obtain your Level 1 license within the first 18 months (and there is a salary increase upon achievement)Prior insurance or administrative experience is an assetComfortable with MS Office; EPIC experience is an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
