El equipo de Arquitectura de soluciones para Startups de Amazon Web Services (AWS) se dedica a trabajar con estas empresas emergentes desde su inicio y crecimiento, a medida que crecen sus negocios.

Estamos aquí para asegurarnos de que tengan las mejores prácticas de tecnología y arquitectura, para crear soluciones que escalen y sean seguras, eficientes en costos y en tiempo al mercado.

Estamos buscando constructores técnicos a los que les apasione la idea de trabajar con startups en etapa inicial para ayudarlas a crecer. En este rol, trabajarás con una variedad de clientes interesantes y los ayudarás a tomar las mejores decisiones técnicas en el camino. Tendrás la oportunidad de establecer relaciones duraderas con estas empresas y ser un(a) asesor(a) de confianza, su confidente técnico(a).

Además de trabajar con los clientes, también tendrás mucho tiempo para “afilar la sierra” y mantener tus habilidades actualizadas. Tenemos cientos de servicios en muchas categorías diferentes. También desempeñarás un papel importante como representante de nuestros equipos de producto para asegurarte de que estamos creando los productos para las startups con las que trabajas. Adicionalmente, tendrás la oportunidad de compartir tu conocimiento trabajando en contenido técnico y presentándolo en eventos.

Responsabilidades clave
  1. Involucrarse con los clientes de startups con apoyo técnico a medida que construyen sus productos en la nube, asegurándose que gasten la menor cantidad de tiempo y dinero posible al hacerlo.
  2. Crear planes, junto con otros miembros del equipo, para definir cómo ayudar a tus clientes en la nube.
  3. Compartir tu conocimiento técnico participando en sesiones centradas en startups para todos los clientes.
  4. Trabajar con otros equipos en AWS (p. ej., marketing, capacitación) para contribuir con la creación de contenido a escala a la comunidad de startups (videos en línea y contenido digital).
Requisitos mínimos
  1. Más de 5 años de experiencia en arquitectura, construcción u operación de aplicaciones o infraestructuras basadas en la nube.
  2. Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, campo similar o experiencia equivalente.
  3. Disponible para viajar (hasta un 25%).
  4. Comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés y español.
  5. Experiencia práctica en AWS.
  6. Experiencia en la comunidad de startups.
  7. Pasión por aprender y apoyar a otros a aprender.
  8. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  9. Experiencia práctica con diferentes proveedores de nube.
  10. Haber trabajado en una startup como fundador, CTO o primeros empleados técnicos.
  11. Profundo conocimiento de las arquitecturas modernas, incluidas las arquitecturas sin servidor/contenedores.
  12. Certificación de AWS Solutions Architect Associate o Professional.
  13. Experiencia presentando a audiencias medianas (por ejemplo, 200-300 personas).
