CCS is currently seeking a Proposal and Communications Coordinator to support our growth strategy. Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $65,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience Comprehensive workplace benefit plan Entrepreneurial work environment with learning and growth opportunities Job Duties Monitor procurement portals to identify relevant business development opportunities Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and compose compelling responses Develop and manage timelines for proposal deliverables, assigning tasks to SMEs as needed Lead and coordinate proposal projects from initiation to submission, ensuring deadlines are met and all components are delivered on time Represent the company in larger, more complex bids when working with a wider proposal/bid team Facilitate the completion, review, and editing of proposals and submissions to ensure compliance with request requirements and maintain quality standards Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision‑making Assist with internal communications, including employee newsletters, company updates, and recognition of special days/events Create visual and written content for websites and social media platforms Support brand consistency and messaging across all internal and external channels Candidate Profile 3–5 years of experience in proposal writing, communications, or a related field (professional writing experience preferred) Post‑secondary education, ideally in Business Communications, Graphic Communications, Creative Writing, or Marketing Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, or similar) and Adobe platforms Tech‑savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms Superior communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present information to various stakeholders Excellent proofreading and editing skills, attention to detail, and ability to create cohesive narratives Our Commitment to Inclusion Commercial Cleaning Services recognizes that strength as an organization comes from inclusion and diversity.
