Role: Adobe DevOps Consultant

Work location: Mississauga, ON (onsite)

Start date: 8/5/2024

Type: Contract

Duration: 18 months + possible extension

Rate: $70-75/hr C2C

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an Adobe DevOps Consultant with expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Campaign, to join our world-class team in Toronto, ON, Canada. As an Adobe Consultant, you will have the opportunity to design and implement solutions that leverage the Adobe Platform to drive personalized customer experiences, insights-driven decision-making, and real-time offer management. Responsibilities:

  1. Successfully implement Adobe CX solutions for clients.
  2. Lead the development and support activities on AJO and Campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  3. Oversee the implementation and integration of Adobe solutions with existing systems, working closely with development and IT teams.
  4. Provide technical support to project teams including code reviews.
  5. Optimize system performance, implement security measures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Conduct comprehensive business analysis based on client requirements, leading the technical solution to design and develop systems aligned with the client's business requirements.
  7. Work with and/or implement Adobe solutions to support use cases and customer journeys, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to design solutions tailored to meet the unique requirements of clients.
  9. Monitor the technical progress of the team implementing Adobe solutions and platforms.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in data architecture, integration, API management, and cross-platform activation with a strong understanding of marketing technologies, digital analytics, customer data platforms, and cross-channel marketing strategies.
  2. Adept at Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Campaign builder.
  3. Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate across disparate systems.
  4. Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing as the situation demands to guide stakeholders in thinking through all aspects of the ask.
  5. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Ability to lead workshops, define and prioritize client requirements, and suggest best practices.
  6. Certification in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign builder, Customer Journey Analytics, and/or Offer Decisioning Engine are highly desirable.
  7. Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML5, Java Script, XML, Java, WCM, OSGi, REST, GraphQL, Web Analytics, Single Page Application.
  8. Understanding of Digital Experience platform landscape and experience with relevant Digital strategies and technologies with knowledge of the typical use cases of Digital Platform implementations.
