Reporting to the Manager - Talent Acquisition (hi, it’s me writing this posting), you’ll be essential in driving the growth of our Insurance teams across Zensurance. You’ll join a dedicated talent team focused on enabling our company’s growth. You’ll act as a strategic partner to the business, managing a high-volume portfolio and focusing on specialized roles critical to our commercial success. Previous experience recruiting within the insurance industry is highly desirable for this role. We’ll also happily review applications from candidates who have significant industry experience but are new to Talent Acquisition. Responsibilities: Manage the Portfolio: Handle 6+ roles each month for key Insurance positions (e.g., Brokers, Underwriters, Renewal Managers). This role is critical to our commercial success. Strategic Partnership: You’ll act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, delivering high-quality candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Full-Cycle Ownership: Own the process from needs assessment to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and timely experience for everyone. Specialist Sourcing: Develop deep talent pools within the insurance industry using innovative sourcing techniques and your network. Elevate Candidate Experience: Make sure every candidate, whether hired or not, has a positive experience that reflects well on Zensurance. You’ll maintain strong communication with timely feedback. Process Improvement: Look for ways to improve our recruitment methods, share your knowledge of market trends with the team, and keep our data accurate in the ATS (Lever).
