Supported by the Government of Canada, this project aims to improve quality of life, strengthen community ties, and stimulate economic growth.We are seeking a Senior Advisor, Environmental Impact Assessment to carry out environmental and social assessments of the Alto Project. This role involves integrating environmental considerations into planning, development, and operation, ensuring compliance with regulations and sustainable practices.ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and supervise environmental and social assessments.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and communities.Provide expertise on environmental issues and oversee environmental management plans.Participate in consultation and engagement activities, including public consultations.Monitor regulatory changes and innovations in environmental impact reduction.RequirementsBachelor's degree in environment, engineering, science, or related field.Master's degree in management or environment (asset).Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.Experience with regulatory processes and large-scale projects.Knowledge of environmental laws, assessments, and compliance.Bilingual in French and English.Experience with infrastructure projects, railway, or transportation (preferred).Alto values diversity and is committed to an inclusive, equitable workplace.
