OverviewCintas Canada is seeking a Human Resources Manager II to oversee all general areas of human resources. Responsibilities include managing turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration; driving positive employee relations; and monitoring and ensuring compliance with the Company\'s legal obligations as to the FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers\' Compensation, Unemployment and other employment laws. Safety is also a key focus, with the Manager responsible for ensuring that partners are trained on company safety policies and procedures and for emphasizing a culture of safety at the location.ResponsibilitiesOversee all general areas of human resources, including turnover management, recruiting, payroll and benefits administrationDrive positive employee relations and monitor compliance with applicable employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers’ Compensation and UnemploymentPromote a culture of safety by ensuring partners are trained on company safety policies and proceduresQualificationsRequired: High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred; Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training; Valid driver\'s license in good standing; Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internetPreferred: 2+ years\' Human Resources experienceBenefitsCompetitive PayRegistered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) and Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP)Disability, Life and AD&D Insurance, 100% Company PaidPaid Vacation and HolidaysSkills Development, Training and Career Advancement OpportunitiesCompensationA reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $78,200.00 - $100,050.00 per year.
