We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team. Both new and experienced brokers are welcomed. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include analyzing clients' insurance needs, offering tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships. This role involves proactive sales efforts, both outside and retail environments. Responsibilities Assess clients' insurance needs and advise on coverage options. Negotiate policy terms to secure the best outcomes for clients. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about industry trends. Use telemarketing techniques to generate leads and expand the client base. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policies. Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries promptly. Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets. Stay updated on insurance products to effectively communicate benefits. Experience Experience in insurance sales or related fields preferred; retail sales background advantageous. Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales. Excellent customer service skills and rapport-building abilities. RIBO Licensed preferred. Cantonese and/or Mandarin speaking skills are assets. Strong analytical skills for assessing client needs.
