Bilingual Commercial Lease AdministratorMonth contract (Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite/week). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Contract Length: 2 months (leave coverage) with potential for extension. Language Requirement: Fluent in English and Canadian French.What we’re looking forAre you a detail‑oriented lease administration professional fluent in both English and Canadian French? We’re hiring a Bilingual Lease Administrator to support a high‑performing real‑estate team during a short‑term leave coverage—with the possibility of extension.Key ResponsibilitiesReview lease agreements to extract and enter key data into the lease management system.Maintain accurate lease records and ensure data integrity across platforms.Support updates and changes to lease portfolios for multiple clients.Process rent payments by verifying lease terms and reviewing invoices.Prepare rent schedules and client invoices; ensure timely collection of rent.Review and validate additional rent charges in accordance with lease terms.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure lease compliance and resolve discrepancies.Support lease‑related communications and documentation across departments.Maintain organized records and contribute to process improvements.Ensure all lease‑related activities align with company standards and timelines.What You BringFluency in English and Canadian French (written and spoken).Experience in lease administration, real‑estate operations, or property management.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Familiarity with lease databases and financial documentation is a plus.Hybrid schedule: 3–4 days onsite per week.Location: Ontario‑based candidates will work from the Markham office.
