OverviewEnterprise Learning Design & Delivery Specialist role at ADP. Leverage facilitation skills to deliver engaging learning on GlobalView technical and processing solutions and apply instructional design knowledge to develop ADP products and process training for GlobalView associates and clients.What you’ll doInteract with subject matter experts to build training content.Create training plans, prepare classrooms, facilitate learning programs, and track learner progress.Apply established ADP learning design and delivery standards and tools.Collaborate across the learning organization to apply innovative instructional design and facilitation techniques.Design holistic solutions that address the needs of learners and stakeholders.Develop solutions across multiple learning modalities (self-paced, virtual, in-person instructor-led).Deliver engaging training to achieve measurable learning outcomes.Consult with teams to continuously improve learning programs and drive adoption of standards.Maintain a growth mindset and build peer networks inside and outside ADP.What you’ll need5+ years in technical/product application, SAP Payroll processes and preferably configuration knowledge.2+ years of instructional design development and facilitation experience preferred.Experience designing or delivering technical training and Human Capital Management (HCM) content such as payroll and time is a plus.Ability to design and deliver training in multiple modalities (self-paced, virtual, in-person).Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines and work independently.Experience with eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, TechSmith Camtasia) and virtual classroom tools (MS Teams, Webex).Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SAP payroll, SAP time processes and configuration, and ADP products/tools; strong technical aptitude to learn new tools quickly.Experience with ADP Global Payroll solutions and a Learning Management System (e.g., Litmos); basic graphic design skills are a plus.What we offerHybrid work arrangement; comprehensive global HCM solutions portfolio; inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace.EEO & EthicsADP is committed to an inclusive, diverse and equitable workplace and provides equal employment opportunities regardless of protected characteristics.
