About the Role: As a Partner Account Manager you’ll drive expansion of our ecosystem – working with agencies, resellers, solutions providers; reporting to the Director of Partnerships; building infrastructure for the partner program. What You’ll Do: Identify, engage and close new partnerships with resellers, agencies, solutions providers, GSIs. Build lasting relations via outreach, training and enablement. Primary partner contact: selling, evaluating, supporting Rewind products. Revenue Growth & Performance Tracking: Drive measurable growth in partner revenue. Exceed key KPIs for partnership acquisition and retention. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, Support. Program Development & Enablement: Contribute to design and improvement of partner systems. Provide tools, collateral and onboarding for partner success. Maintain report standards across core systems (PRM, CRM, Salesforce etc.). Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Leadership: Connect internal teams to align strategies. Feed into go‑to‑market, co‑marketing, partner events. Represent Rewind at industry events & partner meetups. What You’ll Bring: 3+ years in SaaS partnership, sales, or customer‑facing roles. Proven success hitting or exceeding revenue targets. Strong written & verbal communication, remote presentations. Experience with Salesforce CRM and PRM tools. Willing to travel internationally when needed. Nice to have: Familiarity with Euler, Salesforce, Excel/Sheets, LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Systems‑level thinking across sales, product, marketing. Experience building new partnerships end‑to‑end. Location & Working Hours: This role is remote‑friendly, preferably in the Eastern Time Zone (EST).
