We are looking for a superstar sales professional with an unstoppable drive to grow multiple studios, who feels comfortable making calls, is a fitness lover, has strong customer service skills, and is an overall self-driven salesperson.Benefits include:Free Membership at F45Competitive salary and bonus structureMonthly Team outingsKey Responsibilities:Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators for our studios, including membership sales/renewals, maximizing workout traffic, and maintaining premium customer service levelsBuild strong relationships with F45 members, corporate businesses, and local businessesConduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial membersWork collaboratively with the studio managers to manage the studio, ensuring smooth and cohesive operationsStrategize on methods to increase daily lead flowMeet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targetsDrive client referral programAttend all sales and training meetingsQualifications:Motivated and passionate about health and fitnessPositive and detail-oriented person who can talk to anyoneComfortable learning new software, such as MindBody and LoyalsnapCompensation: $20.00 per hourOur Culture:We embody and live our brand.
