Senior Manager, Strategy and TransformationRBC Capital Markets is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy and Transformation to join the Digital Transformation and Business Architecture teams within the Business and Client Services (BCS) group. The BCS group is the functional core of RBC Capital Markets’ trading activities, delivering greater efficiency, scalability and control within operational processing to support the firm’s growth.OverviewWithin the Digital Transformation and Business Architecture teams, we shape and advance the BCS transformation roadmap through a holistic lens including people, processes, data and technologies.
