Residential Sales Manager / Head of Sales Priveda Capital is a leading real estate investment and asset management firm specializing in multi-residential properties across Canada. As we continue to grow our portfolio, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team. Position Summary We are looking for a results-oriented Leasing Specialist with a strong background in residential real estate and property management. The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record, is self-motivated, and is excited about the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of leasing professionals Manage and execute all aspects of the leasing process, including lead generation, follow-up, property tours, application processing, and lease signing Create and implement strategies to drive traffic and increase leasing conversion Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor properties, and pricing Coordinate with property management and marketing teams to ensure units are move-in ready and effectively promoted Track leasing metrics and report on performance to senior management Assist in planning and executing resident events and community engagement initiatives Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in residential leasing, property management, or a related real estate role Strong sales and customer service background with a demonstrated ability to close leases Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Comfortable using property management software and CRM tools Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Priveda Capital by 2x Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area Salary: CA$85,000.00-CA$175,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
