MUST HAVE 8 years of UX / UI experience in performance marketing lead generation or a similar data-driven environment Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing / prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite Hands‑on experience collaborating with developers and executing A / B tests for CRO Excellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non‑technical audiences 8 years of UX / UI experience within performance marketing lead generation or conversion rate optimization environments. YOUR ROLE Drive measurable revenue and performance gains by creating data-informed CRO‑optimized user experiences that blend strategy, aesthetics and functionality across Launch Potato web properties.
