Role Description We are seeking a full‑time Assistant Manager - Sales and Merchandising for our on‑site location in Vaudreuil‑Dorion, QC. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily store operations, implement merchandising strategies, support sales team performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role includes monitoring inventory levels, managing floor presentations, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to meet brand standards and sales targets. In addition, the Assistant Manager will provide coaching and support to develop team members and promote a productive work environment. Qualifications Strong retail sales skills, including customer engagement, upselling, and driving revenue Experience with merchandising and inventory management techniques Team leadership and coaching skills to foster a collaborative environment Organizational and problem‑solving abilities to handle store operations effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous experience in the fashion retail industry is an advantage A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a post‑secondary education in Business or related field is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
