If so, we'd love to hear from you We're looking for a Condominium Manager (Graduated Licensing Program) to join our Edmonton team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in property administration, real estate, or customer service who's ready to take the next step toward becoming a licensed Condominium Manager. In this role, you'll support our Condominium Managers in the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of condominium properties. You'll be a key point of contact for residents, board members, and contractors—helping ensure smooth communication, timely service, and well-organized documentation. What You’ll Be Doing Assisting Condominium Managers with day-to-day operations of condominium properties Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor communications Preparing meeting materials, notices, and correspondence for boards and residents Supporting financial tracking and budget preparation Helping maintain accurate records and documentation Learning about condominium legislation, bylaws, and compliance requirements Participating in team meetings and training sessions to grow your knowledge Attending board meetings and general meetings in support of the Condominium Managers Why This Role Might Be Perfect for You You have experience in property administration, real estate, or a related field You're organized, detail-oriented, and great at juggling multiple tasks You enjoy helping people and building positive relationships You're curious about condominium management and eager to learn You're comfortable with Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems Benefits Hybrid work arrangements with some ability to work from home Education assistance and support for licensing Extended health care and dental coverage—fully funded by the employer Paid vacation, sick leave, personal days, and extra statutory holidays A supportive team environment—we've been voted a "Great Place to Work" six years in a row At Magnum York Property Management, an Associa company, we're committed to helping our team grow.
